Your plan stays in the page address
The city, days, group and ticks you enter live in the address of the page. We do not store them. If you share that link, the person who opens it sees the same plan.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. It records the page, the referring site, the browser and device type, the screen size, the browser language, the country, and a few named events, such as the city you pick or a click to a seller. Event values come in coarse bands, such as "3 to 5 ticks". We never record your list of sights, the totals, prices or ages.
Server logs
Our web server records each request in its access log: the time, the page without its query, the response, the browser type and the page you came from, also without its query. The access log leaves out IP addresses. When you open a link that starts with /go/, the server also logs which link it was and the page you came from.
When the server hits an error while answering a request, its error log records that request with the IP address it came from. The server deletes it on the same schedule as the other logs.
If you write to us, we use your address and message to answer you and delete the thread once it is no longer needed.
Legal basis
We keep server logs and visit statistics on our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use your email address and message to answer the message you sent, on the same basis.
How long we keep it
- Server logs, the /go/ click log and the error log: 14 days, then the server deletes them.
- Visit statistics: we have not yet set a fixed deletion period. They hold no IP addresses and no cookies, and this page will state the period once it is set.
- Email: we keep a thread while we need it to answer and follow up. We have not yet set a fixed period, and this page will state it once it is set.
Who processes it for us
- Hosting: the server that serves the site and keeps the server logs is in the European Union.
- Visit statistics: our own Umami server, also in the European Union.
- Email: the provider that hosts our mailbox.
We sell no data and pass none to the pass sellers. A seller learns about you only once you open its site.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data at info@worththepass.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
